* Fix some type inference issues surrounding updates to upvalues eg
```luau

```
* User-defined type function progress
* Bugfixes for normalization of negated class types. eg `SomeClass &
(class & ~SomeClass)`
* Fixes to subtyping between tables and the top `table` type.
